Container Office Models

Adaptive Shelters container offices are steel shipping containers finished out as working offices. Each unit is insulated and climate controlled for both summer and winter months, wired with a 125 amp panel, and lit with overhead LED lighting, with a 30" countertop desk, security window bars, and deadbolt and puck lock hardware on the access door.

All three models are available to rent or purchase. We supply container offices in Arizona to general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, home builders, and industrial customers such as copper mines.

20’ Container Office

A single finished office in a 20 foot container. 160 square feet with a 30" countertop desk, 14,000 BTU air conditioning, and 120/240V single-phase electric with 26 amp service.

The full 40 foot container finished as office space. 320 square feet with a 30" countertop desk, 2 ton air conditioning, and 120/240V single-phase electric with 57 amp service.

40’ Container Office/Storage Combo

A 13’5" finished office on one end and 26’7" of secure storage on the other, each with its own door. The office side has a 30" countertop desk and 14,000 BTU air conditioning. The storage side keeps the original cargo doors. The unit runs on 120/240V single-phase electric with 31 amp service.

Can I rent a container office, or do I have to buy one?

Both. All three container office models are available to rent or to purchase from Adaptive Shelters in Arizona.

Do the container offices have air conditioning?

Yes. The 20’ Container Office and the 40’ Office/Storage Combo each have a 14,000 BTU unit. The 40’ Container All Office has a 2 ton unit. On the Office/Storage Combo, the air conditioning serves the office side.

What is the difference between the All Office and the Office/Storage Combo?

The 40’ Container All Office uses the full 40 feet as finished office space. The 40’ Office/Storage Combo splits the container into a 13’5" finished office and 26’7" of secure storage, each with its own door. The storage side keeps the original cargo doors.

What comes standard with a container office?
